1.  右上のメニューアイコンをタッチます。

Select the icon in the upper right.

2.  メニューの中から

「ホーム画面に追加」をタッチします。

Select "Add to Home Screen" from the menu.

3.  名前を確認（必要であれば編集）し、

「追加」をタッチします。

Select "Add" in the upper right.

And rename as you want.
