Due to a major server failure on 8th June, you are unable to login to the JCC Wallet. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We have completed our investigation into the system failure caused by the server outage and we are currently working on improving our wallet system to prevent a recurrence.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In addition, in line with the recovery work, we will
1. Improve the speed of money transfer
2. Change of sending limit
JCC wallet will not be available in Apple store and Google shop until the restoration.
It will be reopened after the restoration is complete.
