We would like to ask all JCC WALLET　users to read the following notice and take action regarding to this matter.

【Notice】
The JCC WALLET app for Android and AppStore will be relaunched in the near future in conjunction with the upcoming Fintech services.
*This app in this context means the WALLET app that you downloaded from the app store.
※We will announce the detailed schedule as soon as it is determined.

【Things you need to do】
The renewal of the service will require you to go through the necessary procedures to transfer your assets in your current WALLET.
Please fill out the following information and submit it to the email address below.

※Please submit the above by 15:00 on March 4, 2022 (Japan time). Submissions received after the deadline will NOT be accepted.
※If you do not submit the information by the deadline, your asset will be lost after the application renewal.　Please understand that we will not be responsible for any compensation.

We will send you a confirmation email after we receive your application.
If you do not receive a reply within 3 days of submission, please resubmit your application.
