Thank you for your continued support of our project.
Today we would like to inform our users of JCC wallet app renewal.

We will soon be releasing an app as “junca platform”.
The “junca platform” will be an app linked to our upcoming Fintech services.
If you apply before the deadline, we will transfer the current number of units to the new app without any transfer fees.

When we made this announcement, since we received many requests to keep the current JCC Wallet, we have decided to keep the JCC Wallet.

①For those who continue to use the current JCC Wallet
→You do not need to follow the instructions below.
However, if you wish to transfer your JCC Wallet after the due date, you may be required to pay a transfer fee.

②If you want to transfer your assets from JCC Wallet to Junca platform
→If you want to transfer your assets from JCC Wallet to Junca platform, please read the following information carefully and apply for the transfer before due date.

If you have already submitted your request and received a confirmation email, you do not need to submit them again.

【Notice】
The JCC Wallet app for Android and AppStore will be relaunched in conjunction with the upcoming Fintech services in the near future.
*This app in this context means the Wallet app that you downloaded from the app store.
※We will announce the detailed schedule as soon as it is decided.

You will need to submit the following information to transfer your assets to the new system.

※The current JCC Wallet app will remain after the release of the new “junca platform app”.
However, if you submit your application before the above deadline, we will transfer the current number of units to the new “junca platform” app without any transfer fee.

Please understand and submit your application well in advance of the deadline.

We will send you a confirmation email after we receive your application.
If you do not receive a reply within 3 days of submission, please resubmit your application.

Please make sure you submit your application by the deadline.
