The Manila Standard is one of the leading newspapers widely read in the Philippines, and Manila Standard net, launched in 2002, has expanded its traditional readership to provide news and opinion on the Philippines to a wider and more geographically diverse national and international audience.

This time, we are pleased to feature our previous meeting with TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) Deputy Director-General Aniceto “John” Bertiz III about vocational training, and our partnership to further develop Filipino skilled workers in terms of information technology training.
